A menu that can be a delicious additional topping for porridge. Savory and crispy enoki mushrooms can improve the texture and taste for porridge which is a typical menu of Ta Wan. One portion of deep fry enoki mushroom can fill one large plate.

It should be crunchy texture from the outside.
Sadly the sauce damage the outer texture from the squid. But the
positive is the squid cook perfectly well and the sauce is delicious.

One of the menu recommendations from us that must be ordered when you visit Ta Wan. Soft shitake mushrooms with very tasty shrimp dough. Covered with thick sweet and sour sauce plus sliced onions. It's perfectly blend.
