Not the best one but still give authentic javanese streetfood impression.

Use free-range chicken, so the texture is harder than the chicken usually.

The chicken intestine has been treated fairly clean. while chicken skin should be crispy if fried.

The chicken liver is soft textured although it still feels fishy, the chicken gizzard is very chewy.
